Group 1: Observation of patients undergoing general anaesthesia with propofol. Propofol in breath gas of patients is detected with mass spectrometry and a photoacoustic detector.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General anaesthesia with propofol for surgery (not related to study) Invasive blood pressure measurement (not related to study) Endotracheal intubation (not related to study)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: volatile anaesthestics
