Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults (> 18 years), surgical patients undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia requiring a single neuromuscular blockade with rocuronium and a planned operating time of > 60 minutes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Emergency procedures • Patients who are unable to give consent or who are under guardianship • Pregnant women • Patients who have contraindications for rocuronium • Neuromuscular disorders that may affect neuromuscular monitoring

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoint is neuromuscular recovery time (time from administration of the muscle relaxant to a TOF ratio > 0.9). The time to neuromuscular recovery (TOF 0.9. The superiority of the model's prediction is assumed if the absolute difference between its prediction and the actual value is 33% less than that of the anesthesiologist.
