Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Diagnosis of Anorexia nervosa (ICD-10: F50.00, F50.01, F50.08, F50.1) - Consent may be obtained either through agreement to the broad consent framework or via consent to the study-specific information and consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Acute mental illnesses that require immediate further treatment (e.g., active suicidal ideation, acute psychotic state) - Insufficient knowledge of the German language. - Cognitive impairment that makes it impossible for the person to answer the questions adequately.

| Secondary endpoint: The secondary endpoint is set three years after discharge or the start of the survey. Tertiary endpoint: To determine long-term outcomes and the effects of long-term therapy, the tertiary endpoint is set at six years.
