Interventions

Group 1: Nurses working in direct patient care at four German university hospitals will participate in a single problem-centered interview (approx. 60 minutes) about their subjective sense of security

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: registered nurses currently working in direct patient care at one of the four included university hospitals; minimum of 6 months of work experience, preferably at the current ward; informed consent to participate in a 60-minute interview.
