Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • diagnosis F11.2 and current opioid maintenance treatment • intravenous heroin use in the anamnesis • ability to give consent • participants are to be examined after taking their opioid substitute
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • acute intoxication • psychotic symptoms or symptoms of severe depression • severe somatic disorders • known intolerance to rapidly flickering visual stimuli, which occur very rarely in certain forms of epilepsy (identifiable through reported similar problems during past cinema visits) • ametropia of more than three dioptres and unability to wear contact lenses • pregnancy or breast feeding • inability to give consent
