People with intellectual disabilities according to ICD-10 (F70–F79). In addition, syndromes associated with ID are included, such as Rett syndrome (F84.2), encephalocele (Q01), microcephaly (Q02), Down syndrome (Q90), Edwards and Patau syndromes (Q91), other trisomies (Q92), and Fragile X syndrome (Q99.2).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Experts from at least one of the following areas: - Clinical care (e.g. physicians, nurses) - Health policy, health research, professional association or scientific society - Advocacy for people with intellectual disabilities b) Relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: - Design, implementation, or evaluation of cancer screening programmes - Work with people with intellectual disabilities Participants (experts) come from various European countries; however, recruitment, interviews, coordination, and data analysis are carried out exclusively by the German Cancer Society in Berlin, Germany.
