Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients who are vaccinated as part of routine care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Inability to fully comprehend the informed consent, and minors. -Known infection with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), presence of active -hepatitis C or active hepatitis B infection, as well as any uncontrolled active systemic infection. -Any concurrent medical or psychological condition that may impair the ability to provide consent. -Individuals detained by a public authority under legal mandate. -Lack of willingness to consent to the storage of pseudonymized medical data related to the study. -Lack of willingness to permit the collection of study-relevant personal data.

MeasureTime frame
In the saliva of RSV-vaccinated patients, bacteria can be detected that bind antibodies against the prefusion F protein (both commercial antibodies and antibodies cloned from the patients).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The presence of a specific bacterial strain in the saliva of RSV-vaccinated patients correlates with the antibody level in the blood against the prefusion F protein. The presence of a specific bacterial strain in the saliva of RSV-vaccinated patients correlates with the antibody level in the saliva against the prefusion F protein. The presence of a specific bacterial strain in the saliva of RSV-vaccinated patients correlates with the T-cell response against the prefusion F protein.
