Group 1: Intervention study in a pre-post design with 6 weeks of active use of PREVERY's digital offering (app) for health promotion and prevention. The PREVERY app provides a holistic health analysis

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Consent to participate in the study -Willingness to use PREVERY digitally (language: German) for at least 6 weeks and access to an internet-enabled mobile device or PC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -acute mental health crises; multimodal stress and resource management measures are contraindicated for insured persons with severe mental illnesses requiring treatment -severe eating disorders -untreated chronic illnesses without medical supervision

Primary

MeasureTime frame
"Change in overall stress levels" using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10, German version) before using the app, after 6 weeks of use, and 3 months after initial use

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
"Self-efficacy" using the Compound PsyCap Scale-12 Revised (PsyCap-12R) before using the app, after 6 weeks of use, and 3 months after initial use
