Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who, according to current guidelines for bariatric surgery, have an appropriate BMI (e.g., BMI = 35 kg/m² with comorbidities or BMI = 40 kg/m²) and are seeking surgery Patients who are able to participate in clinical interviews in person (or, if applicable, by telephone/online) Patients with internet access Patients who are able to understand the online questionnaire and complete it independently
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute psychotic or manic episode Acute crisis situation Acute suicidality Current substance use Insufficient language skills No internet access or inability to complete online questionnaires
