Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All study participants are recruited from the following Regions and Districts: - Ahafo Region: Asunafo North Municipality and Asutifi South District - Eastern Region: Abuakwa South District, Ayensuano District, and Suhum Municipality - Bono Region: Dormaa West District Working Package 1: Eligible participants are caregivers (=18 years) residing in one of the selected districts in Ghana with a child aged 12–23 months in the household. For the qualitative component, healthcare workers, community leaders, and management staff at the district and regional level are also eligible. Working Package 2: For the quantitative component, any private health facilities within the study area are eligible. This includes health facilities of all levels as well as pharmacies and laboratories. For the qualitative component, eligible participants include representatives of private health facilities, management staff of the public health sector at district and regional levels, healthcare personnel, and caregivers of children.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Working Package 1: Caregivers younger than 18 years, those who do not provide informed consent, or those without a child aged 12–23 months in the household will be excluded. Individuals unable to participate due to health or language barriers will also be excluded. Working Package 2: - over-the-counter pharmaceutical sellers
