Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Parents of children aged 6 months to 6 years Elective outpatient pediatric surgery no previous surgery of the child
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous surgery or anesthesia of the child Relevant known/previous diseases of the child Surgical or anesthetic complications during the surgery Diseases of the accompanying peron/parent (participant in the study) influencing cortisol levels, as well as current pregnancy or shift work
