Measure	Time frame
The primary endpoint is overall survival, defined as the time from initial histopathological diagnosis to death from any cause.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
The secondary endpoint is progression-free survival, defined as the time from initial diagnosis to the first clinically or radiologically documented disease progression or death, whichever occurs first. In addition, adverse events associated with the investigated medications will be analyzed descriptively.	—
