Conditions

Healthy adults without disease. Basic study on BFR effects on pain, mobility, and tissue stiffness.

Interventions

Group 1: 5 minutes of treadmill walking (4–5 km/h) with BFR cuffs at 70% AOP. Group 2: 5 minutes of treadmill walking (4–5 km/h) without BFR.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ability to perform the required movement tasks (e.g. standing freely while holding dumbbells) without limitations • Written informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current pregnancy or incomplete postpartum recovery • Surgery or injury within the past 6 months • Acute severe back pain and/or symptoms such as numbness, tingling, or radiating pain in arms or legs • Existing joint replacement (e.g. hip arthroplasty) • Acute dizziness, balance disorders, or tendency to fall • Previous spinal surgery (regardless of time since), as this may permanently alter mobility
