Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with an incisional hernia (no recurrent incisional hernia) Age = 18 years Surgical repair using robotic eTEP technique Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Known HIV infection Patient’s refusal to participate in the study Failure to achieve intraoperative fascial closure will be considered a “screening failure” Inability to sign and understand the informed consent form (e.g., dementia)
