Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female adolescents aged 13 to 17 years Confirmed diagnosis of anorexia nervosa (F50.0, F50.1) Outpatient treatment at the eating disorder outpatient clinic at LWL University Hospital Hamm Informed consent of the participant and legal guardians

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute suicidality Use of opioids or sedatives Dependence or abuse of medication, alcohol, or drugs Severe cognitive impairment Insufficient knowledge of German language

MeasureTime frame
Feasibility: drop-out rate, number of completed sessions, expectations regarding the intervention, and satisfaction with the intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change in the values of the FOFM-A, STAI-T, EDE-Q, PHQ, BMI, and the subjective distress ratings (SUD) during the session.
