Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a history of radical prostatectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy Adjuvant or salvage radiotherapy ± lymphatic drainage area (LAG)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a follow-up period of less than 5 years

Does the additional irradiation of the lymphatic drainage area of the prostate improve oncological outcomes in terms of a lower or at least comparable biochemical recurrence rate compared to patients who received irradiation of the prostate bed only?

Is the additional irradiation of the lymphatic drainage area of the prostate associated with increased toxicity in terms of a higher complication rate or greater severity of complications, either acutely or in the long term, compared to local irradiation alone?
