Inclusion criteria: Students enrolled at German universities Sufficient German language skills to understand program content, study information, consent form, and questionnaires

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who do not meet the above-mentioned inclusion criteria.

Measurement Points: Online survey within the seminar (Pre: t0 semester start, Post: t1 semester end), as well as t2 (6-month Follow-up).
