Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -No health problems according to subjective assessment -No operations or acute complaints or injuries to the musculoskeletal system within the last 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Complaints, pain, disorders of the spine, shoulders and pelvis - Operations/injuries in the area of the spine, shoulders or pelvis - Current physiotherapy or orthopaedic therapy - Use of muscle relaxants - Complaints in the musculoskeletal system - Medically diagnosed physical malpositions
