Group 1: In the "low PEEP" group, patients will be ventilated with a PEEP of 5 mbar throughout the entire operation. Group 2: In the "high PEEP" group, patients will be ventilated with a PEEP of 10 mb

Inclusion criteria: elective robotic radical prostatectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age < 18 ASA 4 patients' denial
