Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: BMI = 25kg/m2, written informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age < 18 years, existing pregnancy, the subject is in custody by order of an authority or the court known current alcohol and/or illicit drug abuse which, in the judgment of the investigator, could affect the subject's safety and/or compliance close connection to the inspection body e.g. a close relative of the inspector, a dependent person (e.g. an employee of the inspection body) inability to understand and sign an informed consent form BMI < 25kg/m2
