Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - (Complex) PTSD or BPD diagnosis - Participation in a preliminary interview to assess group eligibility - Signed informed consent for study participation and data collection - History of interpersonal violence (physical, emotional, and/or sexual) - Problems related to sexuality: avoidance behavior, self-harm, dissociation during sex, risky sexual behavior, trauma-associated emotions and cognitions - Ability to self-regulate when experiencing intrusive and dissociative symptoms
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Ongoing contact with the perpetrator - Current violent relationship - Severe self-injurious behavior - Acute suicidality - Regular and severe use of drugs, alcohol, or sedatives (since all patients are integrated into the existing treatment concept, these exclusion criteria are reviewed in advance of participation)

| 1. From T0 to T1, participants show a reduction in post-traumatic stress symptoms (ITQ). 2. From T0 to T1, participants show a reduction in borderline symptoms (BSL-23). 3. From T0 to T1, participants show an improvement in dissociative symptoms in sexual situations (FDSsex). 4. From T0 to T1, participants show an improvement in their sexual mentalization (SexMent). 5. From T0 to T1, participants show a reduction in sexual distress (SDS-3). 6. From T0 to T1, participants show an improvement in their self-determined sexuality (SexMS, sexual agency). 7. From T0 to T1, participants show an improvement in their sexual desire (GMSEX; in participants with partners). 8. The content of the group concept is perceived by the participants as satisfactory and comprehensible (self-developed session evaluation questionnaire). Exploratory parameters: 1. Side effects of the group therapy and unwanted group experiences (NUGE-24, ITQ, FSPT, BSL-23, self-developed questionnaire / session evaluation): Are there short- and long-term negative effects during and/or after completion of the group therapy? 2. Change in symptoms of sexual inhibition and sexual excitation from T0 to T1 (SIS/SES-SF). 3. Change in psychodynamic structure according to OPD (OPD-SFK) from T0 to T1. Additionally: At T0: Assessment of traumatic childhood experiences, sexual aversion, CSBD-19, SASI, SAQ-9, ICD-11 screening. The following questionnaires will be used: Dissociative symptoms in sexual situations (FDSSex), borderline symptoms (BSL-23), PTSD and CPTSD (ITQ), traumatic experiences (CTQ, ACEs), sexual mentalization (SexMent), sexual motivation (SexMS), sexual aversion (SA), compulsive sexual behavior (CSBD-19), sexual self-injury (SASI), sexual self-determination (SAQ-9), sexual agency (SA), scale for sexual inhibition and sexual excitation (SIS/SES-SF), sexual desire (GMSEX), sexual stress (SDS-3), dysfunctions/paraphilias (ICD-11 screening), OPD structure (OPD-SFK), and side effe | — |
