Inclusion criteria: non-scheduled hospital admission to geriatric ward via emergency department
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: age <85 years; final stage of acute/chronic disease (palliative care); secondary admission to geriatric department (not directly admitted from emergency department)
