Interventions

Group 1: In PAD patients who are about to undergo revascularisation, the skin microcirculation of the affected limb is determined before and after the intervention using HSI analysis.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Ability of subject to understand character and individual consequences of the study - Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Expected lack of compliance or language barriers - Pregnancy or breastfeeding - Histroy of minor or major amputation at the lower extremitites - Tattoos or pigment alteration on the limbs - Colonization with multi-resistant pathogens

Exploration of the suitability of HSI analysis for detecting changes in tissue oxygen saturation following revascularization and its potential in monitoring circulatory disorders.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation of HSI with ABI, TcpO2, pain-free walking distance, and vascular quality of life.
