Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of PTSD F43.1 Willingness to undergo trauma treatment with EMDR

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - intake of medication that affects sleep (e.g., hypnotics, antidepressants, anxiolytics, beta blockers, benzodiazepines, stimulants) - Low intelligence (IQ <80) - Systemic, neurological, or brain disorders - Insufficient communication skills in German - Shift work or intercontinental flights in the last 30 days
