| - Number of samples collected: Estimated at a maximum of 25 samples per patient. During resection, up to 5 samples are taken in each direction (ventral, dorsal, caudal, medial, and lateral). - Residual tumor volume, defined as the contrast-enhancing lesion on postoperative MRI, compared retrospectively with conventional resection. - Number of re-resections, performed in a second surgery, compared with the number of re-resections after conventional resection. - Number of premature surgery terminations: Termination criteria are defined as an operative time exceeding more than 25% of the usual duration. Surgery is also terminated if eloquent areas are reached, as determined by the intraoperative navigation system, intraoperative neuromonitoring, or the surgeon’s anatomical expertise. - Duration of surgery - Intraoperative complications (hemorrhage, infarction, epileptic seizures, edema, cerebrospinal fluid circulation disorder) | — |
