Conditions

Graft-versus-Host Disease (cGvHD)

Interventions

Group 1: Group 1: includes all patients with cGvHD already undergoing ECP treatment, one-time data collection (cross-section) Group 2: Group 2: includes all patients with cGvHD scheduled for ECP treat

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group 1 (cross-sectional study): - Age = 18 years - Ongoing ECP therapy for cGvHD - Complete remission of the underlying haematological disease or molecular persistence of disease markers without increasing dynamics - Independent response to the items (assistance from a typist is possible, but the patient must have a linguistic and conceptual understanding) Group 2 (longitudinal study): - Age = 18 years - Patients for whom ECP therapy is indicated as a treatment option (e.g. in steroid-refractory cGvHD) - Complete remission of the underlying haematological disease or molecular persistence of disease markers without increasing dynamics - Independent response to the items (assistance from a typist is possible, but the patient must have a linguistic and conceptual understanding)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Group 1 (cross-sectional study): - Lack of/withdrawn consent - Requirements for study participation cannot be met (impaired intelligence, care needs, poor German language skills, severe psychiatric/neurological disease) - Uncontrolled infection at inclusion - Overlap syndrome with signs of acute and chronic GvHD Group 2 (longitudinal study): - Lack of/withdrawn consent - Requirements for study participation cannot be met (impaired intelligence, care needs, poor German language skills, severe psychiatric/neurological disease) - Uncontrolled infection at inclusion - Overlap syndrome with signs of acute and chronic GvHD - Contraindications to ECP treatment
