Conditions

Patients with breast cancer risk genes, rare genetic disorders, lupus erythematosus, vitiligo, Hashimoto's thyroiditis, patients taking kinase inhibitors

Interventions

Group 1: Patient groups suspected of having genetic or autoimmune diseases that could cause increased sensitivity to radiation are studied for these conditions.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with genetic variants suspected of inducing increased radiation sensitivity. Patients with autoimmune diseases suspected of inducing increased radiation sensitivity. Patients with tumors and taking kinase inhibitors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients < 18 years of age, with the exception of: Genetic background of the germ line in childhood tumors. Children with Fanconi anemia.
