Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Indication for elective pancreatic head resection for malignant and benign tumors of the pancreas, distal bile duct, duodenum or chronic pancreatitis - ASA I-III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Emergency surgery - Refusal to participate in the study - Patient does not understand the content and purpose of the study due to language and/or cognitive barriers
