Inclusion criteria: a) Mothers and their partners b) Birth of a live-born child at least 1 month but no longer than 24 months ago c) Sufficient knowledge of the German language d) Informed consent

| The secondary objective of the project is the methodological validation of the scales translated into German for recording beneficial childhood experiences (BCEs) and intimate partner violence in the peripartum period (AAS). Furthermore, emotion regulation and attachment will be examined as mediating factors between adverse childhood experiences and postpartum stress. In addition, the role of social support and the influence of intimate partner violence on the birth experience and mental health will be investigated. | — |
