Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years and older with Long COVID a) with or without fulfilling the diagnostic criteria for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS); b) patients aged 18 years and older with ME/CFS without an additional Long COVID diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -age < 18 years -individuals with functional impairments so severe that they consider participation not feasible -insufficient knowledge of German -lack of capacity to provide informed consent
