Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Men (SAS-SV score >= 31) and women (SAS-SV score >= 33) - Ownership of a personal, functioning smartphone smartphone with Android operating system - Sufficient ability to communicate with the investigators to communicate, answer questions in German in oral and written form in German - Consent to the study after detailed information and before installing the app must be given in writing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Withdrawal of consent to the study - Limited legal capacity or lack of capacity to consent after detailed informed consent ("Written Informed Consent") - Currently or during the last 12 months Existing psychiatric disorder requiring treatment Axis I disorder (DSM-IV / ICD-10 using SKID I): Substance dependence (F1x.2) except nicotine (F17.2), Schizophrenia, schizotypal and delusional disorder (F20, F29), manic episode (F31.X)
