Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: At the time of the preliminary examination (t0), a study participant must have been working for at least 3 months in the current fast-rotating 3-shift system of the Ingolstadt plant fire department and must switch to the new 24-hour single-shift system on the intervention day (shift system change), in which they must remain at least until the time of the final data collection (t2). - Since participation is voluntary, only subjects who have given their consent prior to the start of data collection can take part in the study. - Participants must be of legal age.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Firefighters who do not meet the above-mentioned inclusion criteria or who withdraw their consent will be excluded from the study.
