Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Patients: -Adults (=18 years) with post-COVID syndrome or another post-acute infection syndrome (e.g., following Epstein–Barr virus infection) -good knowledge of German Inclusion Criteria for General Practitioners: -Minimum age of 18 years -good knowledge of German -statutory health insurance license as a general practitioner in Baden-Württemberg -Interest in post-acute infection syndromes Inclusion Criteria for Project Team Members: -minimum age of 18 years -good knowledge of German -member of the INCAP project team

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Patients: -Age <18 years -Individuals with functional impairments so severe that participation is deemed unfeasible -non-sufficient knowledge of the German language -lack of capacity to provide informed consent Exclusion Criteria for General Practitioners: -Age <18 years -non-sufficient knowledge of the German language -no statutory health insurance license as a general practitioner in Baden-Württemberg Exclusion Criteria for Project Team Members: -age <18 years -non-sufficient knowledge of the German language

MeasureTime frame
The study will comprise 15 patient interviews and 15 interviews with general practitioners, in addition to three focus group discussions and two online rating exercises conducted within the project team.
