Interventions

Group 1: Patients with suspected lung cancer or pulmonary metastases with a peripheral pulmonary nodule =3cm receive robotic-assisted bronchoscopy and are followed-up. This is no interventional study

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - suspected lung cancer or pulmonary metastasis - peripheral pulmonary nodule= 3cm - at least 3.generation of airway (trachea = 0, main bronchus = 1, segment = 2, subsegment = 3), assessed in computed tomography - patient is able to undergo bronchoscopy and general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - age <18 years - patient is not able to understand risks and benefit of the study - antiocoagulation that cannot be paused or coagulation disorder that increase periprocedural risk in the opinion of the investigator - Based on pre-existing conditions or clinical assessment by the investigator, increased risk for robotic bronchoscopy and general anaesthesia that does not correspond to an adequate risk-benefit ratio
