The study examines the bio-psycho-social effects of different office concepts on the health and well-being of employees in a medical facility. The study measures work-related exhaustion (FACIT Fatigue Scale), psychosomatic complaints (SCL-90-R, Mohr & Müller 2014), work-related quality of life and commitment (KAFA, OCQ-G), self-efficacy (ASKU), working atmosphere, and social stressors (e.g. BSSS, Frese & Zapf 1987). Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study participants must speak German at B2 level. In addition, interviewees should have been working at the clinic for at least six months (or since the changeover), as otherwise they will not be able to answer questions about the changeover. Participants in the other diagnostic tests (diary and e-diary) must have been employed at the clinic for at least one month and work on site at least three days per week in order to be able to collect data from at least five working days within a three-week period as part of the e-diary.

Exclusion criteria: One of the inclusion criteria was violated. Illiteracy.
