Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Signed informed consent - Presence of a somatic genetic alteration in blood cells or bone marrow, fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of clonal hematopoiesis as defined in the WHO classification of haematolymphoid tumours, 5 th edition, 2022 (for clarity: with or without accompanying cytopenia and irrespective of the method by which the alteration was detected).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Confirmed diagnosis of a myeloid neoplasm (e.g. myelodysplastic neoplasia [MDS], myeloproliferative neoplasm [MPN], myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative neoplasm [MDS/MPN] or acute myeloid leukemia [AML]) before inclusion, as defined in the WHO classification of haematolymphoid tumours, 5 th edition, 2022. For clarity, for subjects with cytopenia or other abnormal lab results, a bone marrow examination is not mandatory before inclusion in this registry. - Cognitive, mental or other disorder, inability to read or understand German, or any other condition that renders the subject unable to provide informed consent.
