Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Characterization of immune cell infiltrates and identification of biomarkers for therapy response and resistance mechanisms to immune checkpoint therapies.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Investigation of cellular and soluble factors (tumor-associated exosomes, circulating tumor DNA, immune cell repertoire, tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) and the impact of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and genomic integration on clinical outcomes.
