Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults aged 18 to 65 years will be included. Due to active participation in road traffic, participants should be experienced cyclists.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Insufficient basic knowledge of German, as communication may be necessary during the rides; existing or planned pregnancy; active smoking; daily passive smoking; occupational or recreational exposure to high levels of fine dust; existing unstable cardiovascular diseases; lung diseases; diabetes; chronic infectious diseases; thyroid disorders; neurological or mental illnesses; as well as conditions that prevent participation in spirometry.

| All health examinations will be conducted immediately before and immediately after the cycling tours. A predefined sequence of health examinations will be followed on all examination days.
