Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ->Inpatient treatment for heart failure with suspected arrhythmia-induced cardiomyopathy ->Atrial fibrillation / persistent supraventricular tachycardia, frequent ventricular extrasystoles (presumably newly onset within the last 3 months) ->Left ventricular function = 50% (HFrEF / HFmrEF)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ->Age Special patient groups ->Chronically non-consenting patients ->Acutely non-consenting patients ->Pregnant women

MeasureTime frame
Occurrence of arrhythmia-induced cardiomyopathy (AI-CMP) in patients with newly diagnosed arrhythmia (e.g., atrial fibrillation, premature ventricular complexes, atrial flutter), defined as newly developed systolic dysfunction (left ventricular ejection fraction [LVEF] <50%) in the absence of other structural heart disease.

Identification of potential predictors for AI-CMP (demographic, echocardiographic, electrocardiographic, and laboratory parameters) Analysis of LVEF changes following therapeutic interventions Time interval between arrhythmia diagnosis and onset of AI-CMP Longitudinal changes in biomarkers and imaging parameters, including NT-proBNP, TAPSE, QRS duration, and global longitudinal strain (GLS)
