Group 1: Physically active young adults will carry out various neurocognitive tests are as part of this study. The protocol consists of two different test days, each of which is repeated three times.

Inclusion criteria: physical active, no injuries to the musculoskeletal system the last 6 month
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: injuries to the musculoskeletal system the last 6 month, lder that 40 or junger than 14

| The endpoint is the learning effects of neurocognitive tests. The parameter is verified by performing the tests multiple times. Fitlights are used in the choice reaction tests. The Stoop and Trailmaking tests are performed according to established procedures. The jumps are performed using a force plate and the changes of direction using light and time barriers. The strength tests are performed using Isomed2000 and the ultrasound tests using an ultrasound device. | — |
