Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with an already initiated systemic therapy as well as therapy-naive patients Diagnosis of recurrence or metastases in patients with pancreatic cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to provide informed consent Benign diseases of the pancreas Patients with neuroendocrine tumors of the pancreas Ongoing therapy already taking place at Heidelberg University Hospital

-Time in days between first contact with Heidelberg University Hospital and start of therapy (usually chemotherapy or surgery) -Time in days between first presentation at Heidelberg University Hospital and start of therapy -Patient-reported experiences using the PEACS questionnaire (Patient Experiences Across Health Care Sectors)	—
