Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Written informed consent, =70-year-old tumor patients receiving outpatient oncological/radiotherapeutic treatment. Patients must always be able to follow a recommended intervention (e.g. physiotherapy, nutritional advice, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: lack of linguistic understanding Guardianship, Dementia, the presence of multiple malignancies is explicitly not a reason for exclusion.
