Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Status after malignant cancer or in a stable chronic condition; EORTC-QLQ-FA12 (fatigue) and HADS (psychological distress) with defined cut-offs as inclusion criteria, sufficient knowledge of German and access to an internet-enabled device, signed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindication for physical activity proven by oncologists; other benign cancers, psychopathologically unstable conditions; EORTC QLQ FA-12 (fatigue) and HADS (psychological distress) with cut-offs below 13 (HADS) and 7 (EORTC-QLQ-FA12).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Development of an integrated app-based exercise therapy and mindfulness-based/skills-based training for stressed young people after cancer as well as the testing and analysis of the feasibility, acceptance of and satisfaction with the training

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of intraindividual changes in fatigue and psychological distress as well as other psychometric parameters during/after the intervention.
