Group 1: Retrospective analysis of all patients with singleton pregnancies who received a total cervical occlusion with cerclage in the Universitäsfrauenklinik Tübingen between 2010 and 2024.

Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancy; procedure in domo

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multiple pregnancy; procedure out of house; received only the occlusion; received only the cerclage

Premature birth rate after total cervical occlusion with cerclage, measured by the gestational age at birth and number of all patients who received this procedure

MeasureTime frame
Dependence of the premature birth rate on the primary, secondary or emergency indication of the procedure, measured by the gesational age at birth in the respective subgroups
