Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 20 participants (10 residents and 10 nurses) will be recruited from two long-term care facilities. Sampling will follow a maximum variation strategy to ensure diversity of perspective. Recruitment will be conducted by facility management and staff representatives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with health conditions that are incompatible with VR use are excluded. These include psychotic disorders; the presence of medical devices that are sensitive to magnetic fields, such as pacemakers or VP shunts; physical or psychological impairments that prevent the ability to give informed consent; and contraindications to the use of VR headsets, such as epilepsy or severe balance disorders.
