Group 1: Patients who underwent coronary computed tomography angiography for a clinical indications.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Coronary CT (with photon-counting CT) based on clinical indication 2. Written consent for the pseudonymized use of clinical, procedural, and follow-up data

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) acute myocardial infarction 2) incomplete CCTA examination of the coronary arteries (e.g. no contrast medium given due to high Agatston-Score, renal insufficiency, or allergy) or insufficient CCTA image quality 3) co-morbidities with life-expectancy < 2 years

Measure	Time frame
Assessment and quantification of coronary plaque volume (total and per vessel) as well as plaque characteristics (including potential vulnerability criteria) using coronary CT angiography at the time of study inclusion, and evaluation of a correlation between plaque burden/composition and the extent of cardiovascular risk factors (in particular LDL cholesterol and lipoprotein(a) levels).	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
Major adverse cardiac events (composite event rate including coronary revascularization, myocardial infarction, cardiac or cardiovascular death, and all-cause mortality) during follow-up after coronary CT angiography.	—
