| The primary outcome is the change in seizure frequency one year after the start of ketogenic dietary therapy or at the end of therapy. The target variable is the seizure frequency in the last month before the one-year mark or before discontinuation of therapy. This is compared to the seizure frequency in the month prior to the start of therapy. The primary endpoint is determined based on information collected during routine clinical examinations from the patient or their relatives/caregivers. | — |
