Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male gender Age between 18 and 50 years Healthy physical and mental condition (self-reported) Non-smoker No medication or drug use Willingness to adhere to odor-related behavioral rules, in particular: Avoidance of alcohol, spicy foods, garlic, and asparagus Use of odorless hygiene products before donation Consent to all planned procedures (questionnaires, saliva samples, physiological measurements, odor collection)

Exclusion criteria: Female gender Regular use of any medication Regular drug use Smoking Age under 18 or over 50 years Failure to comply with odor-related behavioral guidelines Refusal to consent to key study procedures (e.g., odor collection, hormonal or physiological measurements)

MeasureTime frame
STAXI-2 H1: Participants undergoing aggressive induction tasks (PASAT-C, Jump-n-Run-Game) will report significantly higher anger(STAXI-2), and anxiety (STAI-S) compared to the neutral task group (VR priming neutral + hand ergometer). H2: see above, but with self-ratings.

1. Physiological Responses: H1: Heart rate and skin conductance response will be significantly higher in the aggressive condition compared to the neutral condition. H2: HR and GSR levels in the aggression condition will positively correlate with subjective anger scores (STAXI-2). 2. Hormonal Responses: H3: Aggression tasks will induce significant increases in cortisol levels, reflecting aggression activation. H4: Testosterone levels will show significant individual variability (increase or decrease) under aggression conditions. 3.Emotional State Markers in Body Odor: H5: Body odor samples collected post-aggression tasks will chemically differ from neutral conditions. specofically: H5-1: Androstadienone in the ABO is significantly higher than in the NBO H5-2: Aldehydes and ketones in the ABO are significantly higher than in the NBO H5-3: Esters and 5-rings in the ABO are significantly lower than in the NBO H5-4: Hexadecanal (HEX) in the ABO is significantly higher than in the NBO H5-5: Diethyl, ether Methanol, Pentane, Ammonia, Octane, Acetone, Dimethylamine in the ABO are significantly higher than in the NBO H6: Concentrations of specific compounds in body odor will significantly correlate with subjective emotion intensity (STAXI, self-ratings) and cortisol changes.
