| The study investigates psychotherapy process factors according to Grawe’s model using the SaCiP (Mander et al., 2013), which is completed by both patients and therapists after each session. Associations between subjective stress experience and the content of the psychotherapy sessions are examined using a session questionnaire for psychotherapy. Improvements in indicators of mental health (e.g., depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms, quality of life, social support, activities of daily living, and partnership quality) as well as overall treatment outcome are assessed using the standard diagnostic battery for psychotherapy evaluation employed in the ELSBETH study (DRKS00031348). | — |
