Inclusion criteria: Ischemic Stroke Myocardial Infarction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemorrhagic Stroke Incomplete oder inplausible laboratory data

MeasureTime frame
Difference in Lipoprotein(a) serum concentrations and other biomarkers between patients with ischemic stroke and those with myocardial infarction at the time of hospital admission.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Analysis of biomarkers in relation to the underlying etiology of ischemic stroke (e.g., TOAST classification: large-artery atherosclerosis, cardioembolism, cryptogenic, etc.) and infarction type (STEMI vs. NSTEMI).
